# Market Rules

* **Daily resolution:** markets are designed for next-day outcomes.
* **Cutoff:** trading locks at the posted cutoff time.
* **Tie/no-change:** counts as NO.
* **Outage:** if a daily snapshot fails, resolution is postponed to the next valid snapshot.
